Estimates on your calendar. Pay only for the ones that happen.

I run ads for one garage floor installer per metro, qualify the homeowners, and book them into your calendar. Nothing up front.

How it works

  1. A homeowner near you sees your work in an ad and fills out a short form: ZIP, garage size, condition, timing.
  2. They see your typical price range, then pick a time from the windows you gave me.
  3. I confirm them by phone the night before and send you the address, garage details, and photos.
  4. You show up, quote, and close. If they are not there, you do not pay.

What it costs

Nothing today. $360 when the first homeowner is confirmed on your calendar (your first two estimates). $180 per estimate that happens after that, up to five in 30 days. Unused deposit refunded.

Not billable: no-shows, out of area, renters, duplicates you already had, cancellations by you.
